Midlands Aerospace Alliance asked me to design and produce a booklet for one of their key industry events. The document needed to clearly present the day’s agenda, promote the next event, and include a full delegate list – all housed within a professionally designed booklet featuring a fresh creative cover for this year’s edition.
One of the main challenges was timing. Gathering content from multiple sources can be slow, and the print deadline was tight. To keep everything on track, I templated the document early and secured creative approval upfront. This meant that once the final information came in, it could be efficiently slotted into place and prepared for print without delay.
I also managed the full print process – removing stress from the client and handling the finer details, from paper stock selection to production logistics. The result was a beautifully finished booklet that looked premium, felt considered, and was delivered on time – while also reducing print costs.
