Building on our previous collaboration, the Midlands Aerospace Alliance invited me back to produce the core materials for their 2026 Conference. This project involved designing a comprehensive set of event brochures alongside a high-impact, backlit banner to ensure the brand and its Gold, Silver, and Bronze partners had a commanding presence throughout the venue.
As with many large-scale industry conferences, the challenge lay in managing the final details right up to the wire. By utilizing the same streamlined templating process we established previously, I was able to integrate the final speaker updates and Conference Partners at the very last moment. This agility allowed us to maintain a premium design standard without compromising the rigorous print schedule.
Beyond the design, I once again managed the full production cycle. From ensuring the brochures felt substantial in-hand to overseeing the technical specifications of the backlit display, I handled the logistics so the MAA team could focus on their delegates. The final result was a cohesive, polished collection of materials that felt modern, professional, and perfectly aligned with the scale of the event.
